Terms of Service: The Parent Transition Master Suite

1. General Overview By purchasing the Parent Transition Master Suite (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. This Product is a digital system designed to assist with the organizational logistics of senior transitions.

2. Intellectual Property & License Upon purchase, Eleanor Grant Transitions grants you one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

  • Allowed: Printing the PDF for your personal "Master Binder" and sharing the information with immediate family members involved in your parent’s care.

  • Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post any part of the manual, templates, or "CRA RepID" protocols. This is a violation of copyright law.

3. No Professional-Client Relationship While the Master Suite provides strategic frameworks for administrative, financial, and healthcare navigation, Eleanor Grant is not an attorney, financial advisor, or medical professional.

  • The "Financial Blueprint" and "CRA RepID" guides are for informational purposes only.

  • You should consult with qualified professionals (lawyers, accountants, or doctors) regarding your specific legal, tax, or medical situation.

4. Accuracy of Information We strive to keep our protocols (such as government "RepID" steps) up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that government forms or third-party facility requirements will not change. We provide the "Smart Way" framework, but the user is responsible for final verification of external requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability Eleanor Grant Transitions shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided in the Master Suite. Our goal is to move you from "Reactive Chaos" to "Strategic Control," but the outcome of any family transition depends on individual circumstances.
